GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS:
No parties in the house, no drugs, no immature drinking behavior permitted.
No noise that distrubs neighbors permitted.
No pets are allowed in or on the premises.
No smoking in or on the premises.
No interior alterations of any kind are permitted.
Keep premises (inside house and yard) clean; keep floors clean; Don't stain
carpet; keep bathtubs & showers clean.
Must pay rent with one check.
